Terraces and balconies with generous roof overhangs are deliberately accentuated on the scenic side of the house.
Textured solid walls take up much of the entrance facade giving off a mountainous feel and a secure sense of privacy.
The slightly askew parapet and roofline resonate with the uneven ridges of the panoramic mountain scene.
The prominent bedrock terrain triggered the use of natural stone such as Travertine, Crema Marfil, White Cordoba, river rocks, and crushed stone aggregate throughout the building.
The heated pool is elevated. It bridges between the gym, the hallway, and the children's quarter. Undulating oblique lines would reflect the fluid formation of land and water.
A gathering of smooth curvature and oblique lines come together at the entrance hall to celebrate the intricacy and irregularity of the region’s natural landform.
Travertine stone with traces of hot spring deposits in its light-colored veins is featured on the wall and the entrance hall floor, which would lead into the oblique heated pool and its extensive terraces.
Upon entering the house, one would be greeted by a broad view of the oblique pool and the curved canopy, capturing a striking composition of Khao Yai National Park in the background.
